It's A Wrap Blog Hop

Welcome to the It's A Wrap Blog Hop hosted by Cool Beans By L.B.  Do you like to receive gifts?  How about give them?  Well this hop is all about the outside ... the wrapping; gift bags, boxes, baskets and more.  There are 22 wonderful stops on this hop and we hope you will take some time to stop in and see everything we have created for you.

You should have arrived here from Stephanie from Once Upon A Paper.  If you are just finding our hop in the middle, you can go to the beginning at Cool Beans By L.B.

For my project, I made a Halloween gift bag that I will give my grandson.  This is my first time making a gift bag.  Here it is:

I bought the bag at Michael's.  All cardstock is Bazzill, the polka dot patterned paper is from The Paper Studio All Seasons stack, and the patterned paper behing the monster (the paper has dark green dots on it) is from the DCWV Flower Shower paper stack.  The mat behind the monster was cut using the Elegant Edges Cricut cartridge and was cut at a height of 7 inches.  I used the Mini Monsters Cricut cartridge to cut Boo! and the monster.  Boo! was cut at a height of 6 inches, and the monster was cut at a height of 5 inches.  For the monster's face, I used the Peachy Keen Stamps Monster Mash Face Assortment. I put the design on both sides of the gift bag.

I used my Gypsy to lay everything out on the mat to cut.  Here is the screen shot and the mat with paper to cut the mat behind the monster.

Here is the screen shot of my Gypsy and the mat with the paper for the monster and Boo!.

I'm offering blog candy, which is this mini chipboard album kit.

In order to be eligible to win, you will need to leave a comment including a way to contact you.  I'd also love to have you as a follower, but it's not required.  I will choose the winner in the evening on Monday, July 18th using random.org.

Thanks for stopping by on this fun hop.  Your next stop is Maria from Stamp Cut Create.

If you get lost, here is the whole list for this hop!
