Birthday Card For My Grandson

I was at an all day crop yesterday and here is the birthday card I made for my grandson.

The snake and balloon are from the Create A Critter Cricut cartridge and were cut at a height of 2 3/4 inches.  The mat behind the snake and balloon was cut using the Elegant Edges Cricut cartridge and was cut at a height of 4 inches.  The patterned paper is from the CTMH Dotty Paper Pack, the light blue cardstock is Creative Memories and all the other cardstock is Recollections

2nd Birthday Card

My daughter was invited to her friend's son's 2nd birthday party today, and she asked me to make the card. Here is what I came up with:

All cardstock is Bazzill.  The yellow glitter star paper on the front is from The Paper Studio Birthday Extravaganza paper pack.  The snake and baloon were cut from the Create A Critter Cricut cartridge at 3.25 inches high, and the number 2 was cut from the Birthday Bash Cricut cartridge at 1.12 inches high.  The sentiment was stamped using a Stampin' Up! stamp.

I used my Gypsy to lay everything out on my mat to cut, and here is the screen shot.  Does anyone know how to get a good photo of a Gypsy screen shot?

Here is how all the cardstock was placed on my mat.

Lansing Swarm - February 12, 2011

I went to the Lansing Swarm yesterday and had a great time! I met so many nice people from the Cricut Circle message board. Mike from Provo Craft was there, and here is a picture of me with him.

I also made calling cards to swap with my fellow Circlets. I used the 50 States and Create A Critter cartridge, as well as a Cuttlebug embossing folder. Here it is:
